All pools are manufactured on a mould under controlled conditions in our factory, which ensures the highest quality is obtained and a smooth, highly chemical-resistant surface is achieved. Pools can be made in sections and joined either in-factory or on-site.
FDL has a range of moulds to suit most sites and needs. If the standard mould does not meet your requirements, customisation is an option.

Installation
Installation takes approximately three days, including delivery to site. Commissioning will take place after the pool is filled, which will be dependent on the water supply. Installation costs do vary according to location and underlying geology; for example, a high water table, unmarked sewer lines, field tiles, or rocks will affect excavation and may require subcontracting external parties.
All pool installations are quoted individually and installation carried out by highly trained personnel. All pools carry a 10-year warranty against faulty manufacture and all other equipment carries the manufacturer's warranty. Fibreglass pools have a life span of 20-40 years.
