Ross McAvinue - Gerneral Manager
Ross manages the daily operations of the business, HR, ICT and H&S. He has a great rapport with our clients and suppliers with the belief that building great relationships should be the forefront of any business.
Brian Terry - Production Manager
Brian has undertaken a few tours of duty with FDL, recently returning to take up the role of Production Manager.
Brian is responsible for keeping the manufacturing process operating smoothly and efficiently. Brian will ensure you get your product on time and to spec, every time.
Dale Nicholls - Administration & Finance
Dale has stood alongside Steve for many years, providing exceptional professional support to the business. She ensures our team is equipped to carry out its duties in an environment that promotes maximum productivity.
Dale is not only in charge of the financial aspects of the business, but she also manages record keeping for FDL.
