Majestic Towers, Wellington
Custom moulded cladding was made to conceal large box gutters. This was a supply and install contract, with many panels having to be scribed to fit.

Large cornices between carpark columns. Panels feature Load bearing trusses inside them that assist in locating columns. Finished in semi-gloss Epithane 343.
Supplied and installed over one weekend by FDL staff.
Harbour Towers
Custom moulded Verandah Capping. Finished in high gloss Epithane 343 to give exceptionally long gloss retention despite the hostile environment caused by the high traffic count and sea spray.
ARA Mangere Sewage Treatment Station Lids
Composite lids were chosen to keep effluent smells under control. Composites were chosen as the ideal material to construct the lids because they are able to resist the aggressively corrosive environment. They are also light weight and low maintenance, while still looking good.
Auckland Marine Rescue Centre
Composite panels were chosen because of their design flexibility and because they are able to withstand the effects of very salty sea environment which can corrode other less durable finishes.

Horowhenua Department of Social Welfare
The architect wanted a stone appearance on top of the building, but the structure would not support the weight. Self supporting fibreglass panels were light enough to fix to the wall structure. Two grades of texture coating were applied prior to installation, after moulding in our factory.
