~FDL team helps local Radio Station~

Using materials and services kindly donated by other local companies, a team of volunteers from Fibreglass Developments constructed a giant coffee cup, teaspoon and coffee beans, which were used as the centre piece for the 2XS FM float in the Palmerston North Christmas Parade.

Thanks must go to Mark, Lance, Peter, Don, Jason, Marsh, Phil, Mike and Deano for their great efforts at pulling this project together in such a short time. Their brief was to construct a coffee cup large enough to hold Mike West, Stu Tolan, and Miss Manawatu. Polystyrene was donated by Insulated Panel & Door, glue by Placemakers, the ute was on loan from Courtesy Ford, and all art work was done by Tony Walton of Customart in Feilding.
